Tribali, one of Malta’s multitalented and versatile acts use a mix of Aborigine African and Indian (sitar – correct me if I’m wrong) instruments to produce some of the most expressive live performances I have seen yet. The group, who have been playing for around 4 years now, have started to stir up a crowd of followers who relate to, or even “feel” the power of the music in live concerts – It’s impressive, it seems like Tribali and their fire performers go on stage and do what they feel is right to connect. Earth Garden (Click on Read more... to view my Gallery) held their largest crowd yet, next year they will be performing in the Glastonbury festival.

Most of my Tribali Gallery photos are portraits of Grigal who plays the didgeridoo and Peter Paul who plays the percussion. The other members are Jo on sitar and guitar, Antoine on percussion and Adriano on bass.
